Owen was born and raised in Belmont & has a ton of pride for his hometown; you can often find him walking with his wife Heather around town and supporting local eateries. Owen has lived in almost every neighborhood in Belmont as well as East Watertown for 5 years, but currently lives on Pine St. in Belmont. Owen has 10 years’ experience but connects with the millennial buyers and sellers being one himself. Owen brings confidence both personally and professionally & his ability to troubleshoot when helping you buy or sell a home. Owen believes the way to be a successful agent is to think outside the box when it comes to marketing or helping his buyers get creative when framing an offer. Owen makes up half of the Toland Team, with his mother Carol to better serve their clients together. When Owen isn’t out showing houses & or doing paperwork at the office, you can find him on the golf course. He also loves giving back to his community and is gives a portion of every paycheck to the Sunshine Kids Foundation to benefit kids with childhood cancer.
